1. What you're paying for

A Digital Journalist plan is a one-time payment for 30 days of access to submit stories for editorial review, up to the number of posts shown on the plan. Reading ZioTimes is always free and never requires a payment.

2. No automatic renewal, nothing to cancel

Plans do not renew automatically. You are only ever charged when you choose to buy a plan, so there is no subscription to cancel. When a plan's 30 days end it simply expires; buy a new one whenever you want to submit again.

3. When you get a full refund

• You were charged but the plan was not activated on your account.
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• A payment failed but the money was still deducted. Razorpay normally reverses these automatically; if it hasn't within 7 working days, contact us.

4. Activated plans

Once a plan has been activated on your account it is non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise, because access starts immediately. Payment does not guarantee publication: an editorial decision not to publish a submission is not by itself a reason for a refund.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days of approval.
